《小王子》英文读后感有:

I read the book "the little prince". The little prince in the book is a clever and clever boy.

His head is a planet, with only two active volcanoes and a dead volcano, and a beautiful flower.

The little prince loved the flower so much that he was afraid that it was eaten by sheep and wild animals, so he put a glass cover on it every day.

One day, the little prince forgot to cover the glass, and the distinctive flower was eaten by the sheep. The little prince was very sad, because no one was talking to him.

He was bored, so he went to chat with the merchant, who had no time at all. He was always making money in the morning.

The little prince had to go to earth to see, when the earth was still a desert, and there was an airplane pilot who had lost his plane to the desert.

The little five had just met him, and they chatted about it.

They talked while they walked, but they could not reach the end of the desert. Suddenly, the little prince woke up.

It was a dream. I think the little prince is very lonely. I really want a friend to accompany him and chat with him. I think Im much happier than the little prince.

I have father, mother, grandpa and grandma at home. I have many classmates in school.

Childhood is an autobiographical novel written by Gorky based on his childhood. It exposed the dark, cruel and inhuman life of the Russian czar. Gorky lived in such an environment since he was a child and suffered from torture and humiliation. He suffered great pain both mentally and physically. But Gorky did not lose confidence in life, but came over strong.

Gorky (1868-1936) was a writer of the former Soviet Union. He was born in a carpenter's family. After his father died at the age of 4, he lived with his mother in his grandfather's house and attended primary school for two years.

After his father died, Gorky followed his mother to his grandfather's house. At his grandfather's house, "I" got the love and care of my grandmother and was influenced by the beautiful stories described by my grandmother; Witnessed the quarrel and fight between two uncles for family property and their selfishness and greed in daily life; "I" also handed over an "excellent person" and "good thing", but the "good thing" was excluded by the audience because of its own independence.

What makes me marvel at this book is that Gorky has neither father's love nor family warmth. Unlike us, he has been loved by his parents since childhood. The times are making continuous progress, but people are becoming more and more cowardly. When they encounter difficulties, they want to shrink back and escape. Turgenev said: "if you want to get happiness, you must first learn to bear hardships." a good life must be paid, will last for a long time, and will be won only if you fight for it! This is the knowledge brought to me by childhood!

Dream is the best desire of every life Lord. Most miracles in the world occur after a dream, and through efforts to make the dream come true. Ryan in the power of dreams is a good example.

After reading this article, Ryan's kindness, love and persistence deeply moved me. A six-year-old child, in order to realize his dream of digging a well for African children, did not hesitate to sacrifice his precious entertainment time and play time. Compared with him, I really feel a little ashamed. If the whole family goes to the movies, I must follow. It's not worth cleaning the windows for two hours for a small two yuan. Ryan did exactly the opposite of what I thought. He conscientiously cleaned the window and got two yuan closer to his dream. In the process of cleaning the windows, Ryan must have felt tired and had the idea of giving up, but the thought of African children not even drinking clean water was dispelled.

What a kind child! What a compassionate child! His golden heart moved people all over the world and made people all over the world help people in trouble like Ryan.

It seems that a good and kind dream will bring hope, infinite power and miracles.

Of all the books I have read, the little prince is probably the most unusual. Here you will meet a little boy with blond hair. He will tell you a short but meaningful story.

The little prince lives on a very small planet. There is a rose on the planet. The little prince takes care of it and loves it wholeheartedly. But the rose was so proud that the little prince doubted him.

The little prince left his planet and began to visit other people's planets. He met many adults who were hypocritical and boring. Finally, the little prince came to the earth.

On earth, the little prince saw thousands of roses. The roses he thought were unique became so common!

But a fox who fell in love with the little prince said that human feelings are based on domestication. Everything the little prince did made the rose so important to him that the rose was different from other roses. In the eyes of the little prince, it is still unique. The fox told the little prince that the essential things could not be seen by the naked eye.

In the eyes of the fox, the world is forgotten by people. They will not care about a rose or do things for it. Only children know what they are looking for. When they pay their time for a toy, the toy becomes very important. How many adults can really see the essential things?

Finally, the little prince gave his life to return to the rose he loved. He fell down under the starry sky, looked up at the starry sky, and thought that there was a rose in an invisible place. The little prince returned to his planet, and the story was over. But my heart can't be calm. This kind of love and responsibility should be realized and understood with heart.

What is the symbol of flying birds? It's freedom. The collection of birds written by the great poet Tagore records his profound thoughts on life, nature and the universe in lyrical poems, which gives me a lot of life enlightenment.

The language in the collection of birds is beautiful, and there are many words full of rationality. There is a paragraph: "say to the world: you are mine. The world imprisons under her throne. Love says to the world; I am yours. The world gives love the freedom to travel in her house." this paragraph vividly interprets the profound philosophy of life with language descr iption and anthropomorphic rhetoric. It can be said that the wisdom in the collection of birds is infinite.

This collection of poems is named after "flying bird" because it is the perfect embodiment of freedom. It gives people a relaxed and pleasant feeling. After reading, it seems that there are really groups of flying birds in their mind. They yearn for the blue sky, strive to fly high, and take the sky as the starting point and end point of their life. This anthology of poems wants to tell us that everyone should have a faith in his heart, and constantly strive and move forward in the journey of life, just like the flying birds in the sky.

The whole poetry collection consists of 325 short poems, each of which has its own different meaning. I feel very reasonable about some of them and read them over and over again; But there are others I can't understand. The philosophy contained in this is very broad. Maybe I can't fully understand it because I have little knowledge and little life experience. That said, it didn't discourage my interest in reading. The author wrote this collection of poems for future generations, which actually gives future generations unlimited spiritual wealth. The collection of birds is like a bird flying freely into people's mind and heart, which makes people unforgettable for a long time.

Xiangzi in Lao She's works is a strong young intellectual who does not admire fame and wealth. However, his life has reached the bottom because of the death of his relatives, and he has become a numb, impoverished and self abandoning walking corpse.

For Xiangzi, I admire his spirit of working hard. In the book Camel Xiangzi, Xiangzi struggled for his better life. He came to Beijing and saved enough 100 yuan with his hard work to buy a new car. But the good times didn't last long. Xiangzi was caught by "bandits" to be a strong man even with his car, and everything went back to the past, Xiangzi didn't give up. He went to sell camels, ate, drank and saved money to buy a new car. When his life reached the bottom, Tigress used her own money to buy two Qiangzi's car for Xiangzi at a low price. Xiangzi's life had a glimmer of light. In order to take good care of his home, he got up early and greedy every day, pulled a car to make money, and Tigress died of dystocia, He put a burden on his back. He had no money to buy a coffin. He had to sell his car and hold a funeral for tigress.

Xiangzi's life was full of twists and turns. Now our life is full of food, clothes and hands. We have what we want and do what we want. We don't suffer as much as Xiangzi.

I think the reason why Xiangzi became a walking corpse is not only others, but also himself. He didn't listen to others' opinions. It's too good to face.

Whatever the outcome, Xiangzi, your hard-working appearance is the brightest star in my heart.

第二篇:《理智与情感》英语读后感

Sense and Sensibility was the first Jane Austen published. Though she initially called it Elinor and Marianne, Austen jettisoned both the title and the epistolary mode in which it was originally written, but kept the essential theme: the necessity of finding a workable middle ground between passion and reason.

The story revolves around the Dashwood sisters, Elinor and Marianne. Whereas the former is a sensible, rational creature, her younger sister is wildly romantic--a characteristic that offers Austen plenty of scope for both satire and compassion.

Commenting on Edward Ferrars, a potential suitor for Elinor's hand, Marianne admits that while she "loves him tenderly," she finds him disappointing as a possible lover for her sister.

Soon however, Marianne meets a man who measures up to her ideal: Mr. Willoughby, a new neighbor. So swept away by passion is Marianne that her behavior begins to border on the scandalous.

Then Willoughby abandons her; meanwhile, Elinor's growing affection for Edward suffers a check when he admits he is secretly engaged to a childhood sweetheart. How each of the sisters reacts to their romantic misfortunes, and the lessons they draw before coming finally to the requisite happy ending forms the heart of the novel.

Though Marianne's disregard for social conventions and willingness to consider the world well-lost for love may appeal to modern readers, it is Elinor whom Austen herself most evidently admired; a truly happy marriage, she shows us, exists only where sense and sensibility meet and mix in proper measure.

英文读后感作文篇一:《化身博士》英文读后感

Thanks God, We Have Computer Game Instead

The story of Dr Jekyll is quite famous around the world, however, Dr Jekyll himself is a typical tragic person. He is a kind and wise doctor in front of the public, but might not wise enough to adjust himself. As an old saying goes: every coin has two sides. Dr Jekyll also has his own negative side, which finally become Mr. Hide. Mr. Hide is always hunger for violence, and all the bad things he did tell us that too. People may treat him as a criminal, but to me, he is just unable to find a way to abreact.

It really doesn’t matter if you are a man lives in 19th century or comes from stone age, we are all people, we all have feelings, we all have our own Mr. or Ms Hide, the only question is, can you find a way to maintain your mental health? Maybe we can’t afford to have our own psychological consultant, but we CAN play games to relax ourselves, or realize any wildest dream in this virtual world. Imaging this, once our Dr Jekyll has some evil minds, he can turn to his computer for help. Maybe he can play some action games to satisfy his desire for “passion”, just like people today. Since the video game is always about the adventures of some superheroes, the game will guide him to the daydreaming of everything good but a criminal. As soon as he feels good again, then he will never try to become Mr. Hide in the reality. Maybe you will consider this as a na?ve idea, but computer game does reduce the crime rate in America.

英文读后感作文篇二:《简爱》英文读后感

Oliver Twist, one of the most famous works of Charles Dickens’, is a novel reflecting the tragic fact of the life in Britain in 18th century.

The author who himself was born in a poor family wrote this novel in his twenties with a view to reveal the ugly masks of those cruel criminals and to expose the horror and violence hidden underneath the narrow and dirty streets in London.

The hero of this novel was Oliver Twist, an orphan, who was thrown into a world full of poverty and crime. He suffered enormous pain, such as hunger, thirst, beating and abuse. While reading the tragic experiences of the little Oliver, I was shocked by his sufferings. I felt for the poor boy, but at the same time I detested the evil Fagin and the brutal Bill. To my relief, as was written in all the best stories, the goodness eventually conquered devil and Oliver lived a happy life in the end. One of the plots that attracted me most is that after the theft, little Oliver was allowed to recover in the kind care of Mrs. Maylie and Rose and began a new life. He went for walks with them, or Rose read to him, and he worked hard at his lessons. He felt as if he had left behind forever the world of crime and hardship and poverty.

How can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? The reason is the nature of goodness. I think it is the most important information implied in the novel by Dickens-he believed that goodness could conquer every difficulty. Although I don’t think goodness is omnipotent, yet I do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded.

For me, the nature of goodness is one of the most necessary character for a person. Goodness is to humans what water is to fish. He who is without goodness is an utterly worthless person. On the contrary, as the famous saying goes, ‘The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose’, he who is with goodness undoubtedly is a happy and useful person. People receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done, and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself.

To my disappointment, nowadays some people seem to doubt the existence of the goodness in humanity. They look down on people’s honesty and kindness, thinking it foolish of people to be warm-hearted. As a result, they show no sympathy to those who are in trouble and seldom offer to help others. On the other hand, they attach importance to money and benefit. In their opinion, money is the only real object while emotions and morality are nihility. If they cannot get profit from showing their ‘kindness’, they draw back when others are faced with trouble and even hit a man when he is down. They are one of the sorts that I really detest.

Francis Bacon said in his essay, ‘Goodness, of all virtues and dignities of the mind, is the greatest, being the character of the Deity, and without it, man is a busy, mischievous, wretched thing, no better than a kind of vermin.’

That is to say a person without goodness is destined to lose everything. Therefore, I, a kind person, want to tell those ‘vermin-to-be’ to learn from the kind Oliver and regain the nature of goodness.

英文读后感作文篇三:《傲慢与偏见》英文读后感

Many people simply regard Pride and Prejudice as a love story, but in my opinion, this book is an illustration of the society at that time. She perfectly reflected the relation between money and marriage at her time and gave the people in her works vivid characters.

The characters have their own personalities. Mrs. Bennet is a woman who makes great efforts to marry off her daughters. Mr. Bingley is a friendly young man, but his friend, Mr. Darcy, is a very proud man who seems to always feel superior. Even the five daughters in Bennet family are very different. Jane is simple, innocent and never speaks evil of others. Elizabeth is a clever girl who always has her own opinion. Mary likes reading classic books. (Actually she is a pedant.) Kitty doesn’t have her own opinion but likes to follow her sister, Lydia. Lydia is a girl who follows exotic things, handsome man, and is somehow a little profligate. When I read the book, I can always find the same personalities in the society now. That is why I think this book is indeed the representative of the society in Britain in the 18th century.

The family of gentleman in the countryside is Jane Austen’s favourite topic. But this little topic can reflect big problems. It concludes the stratum situation and economic relationships in Britain in her century. You can find these from the very beginning of this book.

Austen left this problem for us to think. The genius of Jane Austen lies in this perfect simplicity, the simplicity that reflects big problems. Although Austen was only 21 when she wrote “Pride and Prejudice”, her sharp observation of social lives makes the style of this book surprisingly mature and lively. The plots in her works are always very natural. The development of the plot is as inevitable as a problem in mathematics. I think the depth of Pride and Prejudice is the reason that makes this book prominent and classic. Today, her book still can be the guide telling us the economic relationships both at her time and in modern time.

"I can help you to do that," said the fox. "Come to me early tomorrow morning, and I will show you one."

The wolf arrived on time, and the fox took him out to the path which the huntsman used every day. First an old discharged soldier came by.
